Chronic migraine

I am Dr. N. Elanchezhian, a Veterinary Doctor serving as Professor in Veterinary college, and I suffered from severe chronic migraine for more than 27 years. During this period, I consulted several leading hospitals, neurologists, and specialists. I underwent multiple MRI scans and extensive medical evaluations. I also tried various conventional treatments and alternative therapies, but none provided lasting relief. My life and professional work were significantly affected by frequent migraine attacks, which impacted my concentration, productivity, and overall quality of life. When I visited Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram during September-2025, I was introduced to a completely different approach that focused on identifying and correcting the underlying metabolic imbalances contributing to my condition. Under the guidance of Dr. G. Prasanna Bharathi and Dr. N. Gnanasekaran, I underwent a personalized metabolic correction program. The results have been extraordinary. Today, my migraine episodes have reduced by approximately 95%, and I am able to lead a much healthier and more productive life. Along with migraine relief, I have experienced improved energy levels, mental clarity, and overall well-being. What impressed me most was the scientific and personalized approach adopted by the Ragan Institute team. Their focus on correcting the root metabolic causes rather than merely managing symptoms has made a profound difference in my health. I am deeply grateful to Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, and especially to Dr. G. Prasanna Bharathi and Dr. N. Gnanasekaran for helping me achieve what years of consultations and treatments elsewhere could not. I wholeheartedly recommend metabolic evaluation and therapy to individuals suffering from chronic migraines, particularly those who have not found lasting relief through conventional approaches. Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

A 60-year-old female patient, Mrs. Saroja, was diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma involving the left maxillary buccal region and retromolar trigone. Initial CT imaging demonstrated an enhancing lesion measuring approximately 21 × 11 × 18 mm with local soft tissue involvement. The patient underwent metabolic therapy at the RAGAN Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, focusing on metabolic modulation, nutritional support, and systemic inflammation control. Following nine months of therapy, repeat CT imaging revealed stable lesion dimensions (21 × 11 × 17 mm) with transformation from an intensely enhancing lesion to mildly enhancing soft tissue thickening, suggesting reduced tumor vascularity and metabolic activity. No new locoregional extension or distant cervical metastasis was identified. Hematological evaluation further demonstrated favorable systemic inflammation indices, including: NLR: 1.31 PLR: 134 SII: ~382,000 SIRI: 0.53 PNI: 52.8 These parameters indicate low systemic inflammatory burden and preserved immune-nutritional status, which are considered favorable prognostic indicators in oncology. Overall, the combined radiological stabilization and favorable systemic inflammation profile suggest a partial metabolic response and effective systemic inflammatory control during metabolic therapy. The patient and family acknowledge the clinical guidance and metabolic care provided by the RAGAN Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram.

Metabolic associated fatty liver disease

I am a 69-year-old male diagnosed with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease. Before starting treatment at Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, my baseline FibroScan in October 2024 showed severe hepatic steatosis with a CAP value of 359 dB/m (S3) and moderate liver fibrosis with stiffness of 8.4 kPa (F2). After initiating structured metabolic therapy at the institute, my mid-therapy evaluation in May 2025 demonstrated a significant reduction in liver fat (CAP 281 dB/m) with stabilization of fibrosis (8.1 kPa). Following sustained metabolic therapy, my final FibroScan in January 2026 showed further improvement, with CAP reduced to 276 dB/m and liver stiffness decreased to 5.8 kPa, consistent with F0–F1 fibrosis. Liver enzymes normalized (ALT 31.9 U/L, AST 26.9 U/L), albumin improved (4.6 g/dL). These results confirm that metabolic therapy played a disease-modifying role in reversing my liver pathology and improving my overall metabolic health. ermanickam1955@gmail.com

I am Mr.Chenthoor , a sportsman who was suffering from IBS, lactose intolerance, and sports-related supraspinatus tendinosis with tendon inflammation, which affected my performance and recovery. Before treatment, my MRI showed inflammatory changes in the supraspinatus tendon with subacromial and subcoracoid bursitis, confirming an inflammation-driven injury without structural tear. I visited Ranga Institute of Metabolic Therapy to find a root-cause solution. The team explained the link between gut dysfunction, systemic inflammation, and impaired tendon healing and designed a structured metabolic therapy program. After four months of metabolic therapy, my IBS and lactose intolerance resolved completely, energy levels improved, and shoulder pain disappeared. A follow-up MRI showed no progression, resolution of inflammatory changes, and only mild residual tendinosis, indicating healing. This experience proved that metabolic correction can reverse inflammatory tendon injuries and restore overall health. I am grateful to Ranga Institute of Metabolic Therapy for helping me return to active sports life naturally and safely. Mr. Chenthoor

“When my wife Yamini was diagnosed with diabetes, we trusted that regular medicines would control it. But in my heart, I was afraid—because I had already seen my own mother suffer. She lived for many years on diabetes medication, yet her sugar never truly came under control and her overall health kept declining. When Yamini’s reports started worsening, my fear became real. Her fasting sugar had increased to 184 mg/dL, HbA1c rose to 8.4%, insulin resistance increased (HOMA-IR 2.08), and inflammation was dangerously high with hs-CRP 7.3 mg/L. This was no longer just ‘sugar’; it was progressive metabolic damage. After detailed counselling at Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, I finally understood the root cause. I explained everything to my wife and shared my mother’s painful journey. With trust and hope, she agreed to start metabolic therapy. Today, after two years of metabolic therapy, the change is remarkable. Her HbA1c has come down to 6.6%, fasting insulin reduced to 6.46 mU/L, insulin resistance normalized (HOMA-IR 0.90), insulin sensitivity improved to 110%, and inflammation completely settled with hs-CRP 0.32 mg/L. These are not temporary changes—they are real healing signs. This therapy did not just control numbers; it protected my wife’s future and gave our family peace of mind. I am deeply grateful to Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy for giving us a second chance at healthy life.” Mr. Sanjeevi sanjeevikumar987@gmail.com

In late 2021, I brought my brother Mr. Palanivel to Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, when he was already dependent on insulin injections for diabetes management and showing biochemical evidence of pancreatic exhaustion. His baseline C-peptide was around 0.6 ng/mL, indicating markedly reduced endogenous insulin production. Being a medical professional, I initially approached metabolic therapy with caution. However, after detailed discussions on metabolic dysfunction, pancreatic inflammation, insulin resistance, and ß-cell stress, I partially accepted that a root-cause–based metabolic approach could potentially restore pancreatic function rather than merely suppress glucose levels. Mr. Palanivel followed metabolic therapy sincerely for about four months. At the end of therapy (dated 04-01-2022), his C-peptide improved to 1.7 ng/mL, clearly demonstrating recovery of pancreatic insulin-secreting capacity. Due to business stress and personal reasons, he discontinued the therapy thereafter. Despite stopping metabolic therapy, his pancreatic function remained preserved. The latest investigation dated 09-11-2025 shows a C-peptide of 1.36 ng/mL, which is still within the normal physiological range. This long-term stability, even without continuous therapy, strongly suggests a durable metabolic and pancreatic recovery effect. At present, he has completely stopped insulin injections and manages diabetes only with oral medications. From a scientific perspective, this reflects a true metabolic correction rather than temporary glycemic control. I sincerely acknowledge Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy for addressing the fundamental pathology and enabling sustained pancreatic function recovery. Testimonial – Dr. Rathinavel (Scientific Correlation of Liver–Venous Axis) In conventional practice, varicose veins are largely managed as a localized venous valve disorder, with surgical or endovascular intervention often considered definitive. When my wife, Mrs. Baby, developed symptomatic varicose veins, multiple consultations uniformly advised surgery. However, this approach did not satisfactorily explain the systemic drivers of venous hypertension. At Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, the condition was approached through the lens of systems physiology, emphasizing the liver–venous axis. The team explained that chronic hepatic metabolic overload can lead to altered portal and systemic venous hemodynamics, endothelial dysfunction, and increased venous pressure, ultimately manifesting as peripheral varicosities. Therefore, restoration of hepatic metabolic health was identified as the primary therapeutic target. Based on this rationale, we undertook a one-year structured metabolic therapy program focused on hepatic detoxification, metabolic unloading, and nutritional rehabilitation. The clinical outcome was progressive and sustained regression of varicose veins, culminating in complete resolution without surgical intervention. This clinical improvement was objectively supported by post-therapy FibroScan findings, which demonstrated normal liver architecture with a CAP score of 198 dB/m (no hepatic steatosis) and liver stiffness of 3.3 kPa (F0 fibrosis). These values confirm the absence of hepatic fat, fibrosis, and portal venous pressure overload, providing mechanistic validation that correction of upstream hepatic pathology led to normalization of venous hemodynamics. This experience strongly supports the concept that secondary venous disorders can regress when primary hepatic-metabolic dysfunction is corrected. The objective FibroScan evidence, combined with complete clinical resolution of varicose veins, reinforces metabolic therapy as a scientifically sound, root-cause-oriented approach rather than purely symptomatic vascular intervention. “My struggle with pancreatitis began at the most vulnerable time of my life. I was a lactating mother with a two-month-old baby girl, still breastfeeding her, when I was diagnosed with severe pancreatic disease. I was in constant pain, physically exhausted, and emotionally terrified—not for myself alone, but for my child who depended entirely on me. My early CT and ultrasound scans showed acute on chronic calcific pancreatitis, a bulky pancreas, calcification in the head of the pancreas, and fluid collections around it. My blood tests were equally alarming, with total WBC around 23,000 and lymphocytes about 16,000, showing severe inflammation inside my body. Doctors warned me about recurrent attacks and lifelong complications. In this desperate situation, I came to Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram. The team explained my condition patiently and gave me hope that healing was possible even at this advanced stage. After starting metabolic therapy, my recovery slowly but steadily began. My inflammation settled, blood counts normalized, and my strength returned. The most unbelievable moment came during my follow-up ultrasound on 01-07-2021, which showed that my pancreas had returned to normal size, the pancreatic duct was normal, and the earlier calcifications had significantly reduced — indicating active pancreatic decalcification. There were no peripancreatic fluid collections and no free fluid, confirming disease stabilization. Today, I am healthy, stable, and able to care for my child without fear. Metabolic therapy did not just heal my pancreas—it protected my motherhood, my family, and my future. I will always be grateful to Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy for giving me back my life when I needed it the most.” Mrs Vinothni dhiniv15@gmail.com

Testimonial – Dr. K. Saroja veterinarian As a medical professional and, more importantly, as a wife, I was deeply concerned about my husband Mr. Sivakumar’s health trajectory before approaching Ragan Healthcare. His reports clearly showed prediabetes (HbA1c 6.2%), significant insulin resistance (HOMA-IR 2.65), very high homocysteine levels (48.6 µmol/L), vitamin D and B12 deficiency, early metabolic liver stress, and rising cardiovascular risk markers. Though many parameters were still “within reference range,” the metabolic imbalance was evident and progressive. After undergoing structured metabolic therapy at Ragan Healthcare, the transformation documented in his follow-up reports was remarkable and scientifically reassuring. His HbA1c reduced from 6.2% to 4.7%, clearly reversing the prediabetic state. Insulin resistance normalized (HOMA-IR 2.65 ? 1.70) with improved insulin sensitivity, indicating true metabolic correction rather than symptomatic control. His fasting glucose stabilized at 75 mg/dL, platelet parameters and hemoglobin improved, and lipid ratios such as TG/HDL normalized, reflecting better cardiovascular risk modulation. Most importantly, this approach addressed the root cause—mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunction—rather than relying on long-term drug dependency. Vitamin D levels were restored to optimal range, liver function remained stable with improved protein synthesis markers, and overall cellular health showed measurable improvement. As a doctor, I value evidence. As a family member, I value outcomes. Ragan Healthcare’s metabolic therapy demonstrated both, offering a rational, data-driven, and patient-centric approach to reversing chronic metabolic disease. I strongly believe this model represents the future of preventive and restorative medicine. — Dr. K. Saroja veterinarian, email id : nehas1392002@gmail.Com
