The Problem

Does This Sound Familiar?

Living with a long-term health issue is exhausting. You might feel stuck in a cycle of medications and symptoms that never seem to go away.
  • Are you told your condition is "for life"?
  • Are you worried about conditions like High Blood Pressure, Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, or Cancer?
  • Do you struggle with Obesity, PCOD, Thyroid issues, or Fatty Liver?
  • Do you feel like you're treating symptoms instead of the root cause?
“You are not alone. And there is a clear path forward.”

The Solution

Our 3-months Guided Renewal Plan

We combine a proven protocol with personal data to create a plan that works for you.
We don't just guess—we measure your success.

Our plan is built on a clear, 3-step loop: Protocol > Progress > Proof.

protocol

Your Personal Protocol

We begin with a deep dive into your health and create your starting plan based on two pillars:

  • Metabolic Therapy: Metabolic therapy aims to exploit differences between diseased and healthy cells through targeted lifestyle and dietary changes that optimize mitochondrial function.
  • Cellular nourishment therapy: In wellness contexts, this strategy uses optimized whole-foods and oral supplements with the aim of correcting deficiencies and supporting the mitochondrial and redox balance of the cells.

Track Your Progress

You'll follow your protocol, and at the end of every month, we test. We use blood work to see exactly how your body is responding. This isn't just about how you feel—it's about seeing the changes on paper.

See the Proof & Adjust

This is where the magic happens. We review your results with you and show you the progress you've made. Based on this real-world data, through certain blood test, we fine-tune your plan for the next month. This ensures your body gets exactly what it needs at every stage of healing.

Gangavalli
Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

A 60-year-old female patient, Mrs. Saroja, was diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma involving the left maxillary buccal region and retromolar trigone. Initial CT imaging demonstrated an enhancing lesion measuring approximately 21 × 11 × 18 mm with local soft tissue involvement. The patient underwent metabolic therapy at the RAGAN Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, focusing on metabolic modulation, nutritional support, and systemic inflammation control. Following nine months of therapy, repeat CT imaging revealed stable lesion dimensions (21 × 11 × 17 mm) with transformation from an intensely enhancing lesion to mildly enhancing soft tissue thickening, suggesting reduced tumor vascularity and metabolic activity. No new locoregional extension or distant cervical metastasis was identified. Hematological evaluation further demonstrated favorable systemic inflammation indices, including: NLR: 1.31 PLR: 134 SII: ~382,000 SIRI: 0.53 PNI: 52.8 These parameters indicate low systemic inflammatory burden and preserved immune-nutritional status, which are considered favorable prognostic indicators in oncology. Overall, the combined radiological stabilization and favorable systemic inflammation profile suggest a partial metabolic response and effective systemic inflammatory control during metabolic therapy. The patient and family acknowledge the clinical guidance and metabolic care provided by the RAGAN Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram.

Metabolic associated fatty liver disease

I am a 69-year-old male diagnosed with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease. Before starting treatment at Ragan Institute of Metabolic Therapy, Rasipuram, my baseline FibroScan in October 2024 showed severe hepatic steatosis with a CAP value of 359 dB/m (S3) and moderate liver fibrosis with stiffness of 8.4 kPa (F2). After initiating structured metabolic therapy at the institute, my mid-therapy evaluation in May 2025 demonstrated a significant reduction in liver fat (CAP 281 dB/m) with stabilization of fibrosis (8.1 kPa). Following sustained metabolic therapy, my final FibroScan in January 2026 showed further improvement, with CAP reduced to 276 dB/m and liver stiffness decreased to 5.8 kPa, consistent with F0–F1 fibrosis. Liver enzymes normalized (ALT 31.9 U/L, AST 26.9 U/L), albumin improved (4.6 g/dL). These results confirm that metabolic therapy played a disease-modifying role in reversing my liver pathology and improving my overall metabolic health. ermanickam1955@gmail.com

I am Mr.Chenthoor , a sportsman who was suffering from IBS, lactose intolerance, and sports-related supraspinatus tendinosis with tendon inflammation, which affected my performance and recovery. Before treatment, my MRI showed inflammatory changes in the supraspinatus tendon with subacromial and subcoracoid bursitis, confirming an inflammation-driven injury without structural tear. I visited Ranga Institute of Metabolic Therapy to find a root-cause solution. The team explained the link between gut dysfunction, systemic inflammation, and impaired tendon healing and designed a structured metabolic therapy program. After four months of metabolic therapy, my IBS and lactose intolerance resolved completely, energy levels improved, and shoulder pain disappeared. A follow-up MRI showed no progression, resolution of inflammatory changes, and only mild residual tendinosis, indicating healing. This experience proved that metabolic correction can reverse inflammatory tendon injuries and restore overall health. I am grateful to Ranga Institute of Metabolic Therapy for helping me return to active sports life naturally and safely. Mr. Chenthoor
